HOW CAN I SUBMIT MY ABSTRACT?
Go to the corresponding conference and click the abstract submission URL and submit abstract to the respective conference by filling all the details through online or you may submit through email.
HOW DO I BOOK/REGISTER FOR CONFERENCE?
You need to go to the respective conference page and redirect to registration page, which can be found below the prices. This is for both speakers and delegates’ categories. Select the respective category and proceed further to confirm your participation.
I HAVEN’T HAD CONFIRMATION OF MY CONFERENCE BOOKING YET, WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT IT?

I NEED AN INVITATION LETTER TO THE CONFERENCE, HOW DO I GET ONE?
Invitation letter is provided, who require an invitation to assist with their travel visa application. Regarding the same you can directly contact the respective conference secretary through an email at contact@scientificmeditech.com
WILL I GET A CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE AT CONFERENCE?
Yes, all delegates and speakers are able to get certificates at conference registration desk and are available anytime during the conference.

Responsibility
Delegates are personally responsible for their belongings at the venue. The Organizers will not be held responsible for any stolen or missing items belonging to Delegates, Speakers or Attendees; due to any reason whatsoever.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind.
Transportation
Please note that any (or) all transportation and parking is the responsibility of the registrant.
Press/Media
Press permission must be obtained from Conferences Organizing Committee prior to the event. The press will not quote speakers or delegates unless they have obtained their approval in writing.
Requesting an Invitation Letter
For security purposes, letter of invitation will be sent only to those individuals who had registered for the conference. Once your registration is complete, please contact contact@scientificmeditech.com to request a personalized letter of invitation.
Regarding refunds, all bank charges will be for the registrants account.
All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to contact@scientificmeditech.com
Visa Information
Keeping in view of increased security measures, we would like to request all the participants to apply for Visa as soon as possible.
All delegates or invitees should apply for Business Visa only.
Scientific Meditech Conferences allowed to change the name on the registration without penalty at any time Prior 45 days to the conference. No further changes will be allowed after that.
Refund policy: Keeping in view of advance payment towards venue, printing, shipping, hotels and other unavoidable cost, we had to keep refund policy is as following slabs and all bank charges will be for the registrant’ s account.
- 50% of the registration fee will be refunded prior 90 days to the conference
- 30% of the registration fee will be refunded prior 45 days to the conference.
- No refunds will be granted between the duration of 45 days to the conference.
- All discounted registrations are fully non-refundable.
- Refund fee will be made after the conference. All bank service charges, including transitional bank commission for cancellation refunds, must be covered by the participants/applicants.
Cancellation policy in the events of natural disasters/calamities:
Conference organizers cannot accept refund requests from the conference delegates/attendees that result from cancelled flights and/or natural disasters/calamities, earthquake, global epidemic issues etc.
The Organizers will have the right to cancel/postpone the conference during natural disasters/calamities. In this case, the Scientific conferences will provide opportunity for the registered delegates/attendees to transfer their registration fee to any future/related Scientific conferences.
The organizers will not accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates/attendees, either during, or after the conference.
Postponement
If conference postpones for any valid/natural disasters/calamities reason and you are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates. You may use this conference fee paid for another event which must occur within one year from the date of postponement.
Transfer of registration
All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to contact@scientificmeditech.com. Details must be included the full name of replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.
Registration can be transferred to one conference to another conference if the person is unable to attend one of conferences.
However, Registration cannot be transferred if it is intimated within 14 days of respective conference.
The transferred registrations will not be eligible for Refund
